This process is humiliating; they wait for hours, are treated like cattle, and are subjected to yelling and tear gas from personnel connected to the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. All of this is to obtain food, but the Israelis refuse to allow them this opportunity, instead resorting to violence and killing them in cold blood.
