Police media spokesman, Brigadier General Louay Irziqat: The child Jamal Jaafar Attiya (12 years old) from the village of Kharbatha Al-Misbah, west of Ramallah, was killed as a result of his serious injury in a car accident with an illegal vehicle, and two other people were injured, after which they were transferred to Ramallah Hospital. Irziqat confirmed that the traffic police initiated investigation procedures into the accident to determine its circumstances.
