In a new investigation… Haaretz: “Israel” supports 5 armed militias in Gaza with money and weapons. “Israel” supports 5 armed militias active in 6 locations inside the Gaza Strip, with money and weapons. Testimonies from soldiers, sources from Gaza, and satellite images revealed the involvement of members of these militias in shooting Palestinians, expelling them from their homes, looting their property, and burning homes. Members of these militias roam freely inside a number of Israeli military sites in Gaza. These militias film the parades and movements of their militants and publish them on their Facebook pages, for propaganda and recruitment purposes. The investigation concluded that there is close coordination between these militias, the Israeli army, and the Shin Bet, and some of them have become an executive arm of the army and Shin Bet inside the Gaza Strip.
