Mrs. Safaa Al-Farrawawi, a mother of six children, is fighting for their survival. A few days ago, she sold the new Eid clothes that her child Ghazal (15 years old) was unable to wear, after she was killed while trying to obtain American aid. Her sister Jana (13 years) was injured with separate shrapnel in her body. Today, Safaa stands again in front of her child’s yarn bag, contemplating her other clothes with broken looks, forced to sell them also to feed her children who face the deadly hunger. Safaa suffers from an acute asthma crisis, and she cannot reach aid due to the daily shooting and the danger of the place, and she was injured in her eye two days ago while trying to get help, but she returned with her hands free every time.
