After waiting for 23 years, God blessed the citizen, Fursan Shafiq Amer, from the town of Kafr Qalil, south of Nablus, with a baby boy. He named him Wissam, a joy that the family had waited for for a long time. Wissam came to fill the house with joy and happiness.
