Al -Quds Governorate: We condemn the decision of the Supreme Occupation Court, which ruled to continue the detention of the body of the child Wadih Shadi Saad Alyan (14 years), for purposes called negotiating, and the decision constitutes a blatant moral and human violation that affects the dignity of the martyrs and doubles the suffering of their families. – The martyr Wadih, on February 5, 2024, was murdered near the town of Al-Eizariya, southeast of Jerusalem. The field execution of Wadih was documented by the Israelis, where the videos showed his injury from the back, then another bullet was fired at him while he was lying on the ground, unable to move.
