Two brotherly children face the risk of death due to malnutrition, namely Youssef Abdel Rahman Saeed Matar (6 years) and Emir (4 years), who suffer from cerebral palsy and dynamic and mental disability. They face a severe danger due to acute malnutrition, resulting from the lack of milk and food, in the absence of a minimum medical and nutritional care in the Gaza Strip.
