Palestinians in Gaza go to aid sites knowing well that they may not make it. They need to feed their families to prevent them from dying of starvation.

A Palestinian is facing one of two choices: see your family die of starvation, or attempt to get aid and possibly die in the process.

International Humanitarian Law prohibits the use of starvation of the civilian population as a method of warfare according to rule 53.
