The Palestinian Ministry of Health: – We announce the martyrdom of Al -Hakim Ziyad Muhammad Al -Doual in the occupation prisons, where he was kidnapped while performing his human duty in the Al -Shifa Medical Complex on March 18, 2024. We condemn this heinous crime against the Palestinian medical staff, and we consider targeting health cadres while carrying out their human duty a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and all international covenants.- We appeal to all international and human rights institutions to intervene immediately to reveal the fate of dozens of Palestinian health cadres who were kidnapped from inside hospitals while performing their medical and humanitarian duty.- The continuation of these violations against health workers is a systematic targeting of the Palestinian people and its institutions, and the Ministry emphasizes the need to hold the occupation accountable before the international community for its crimes against medical personnel and civilians.
