Urgent Hamas leader Osama Hamdan: – We are ready to enter into negotiations on a prisoner exchange process – we do not accept that Gaza’s affairs are managed by any non -Palestinian party – there are the bodies of prisoners, some of which are buried and some are located in places where the Israeli forces are present – there are issues of Hamas that do not monopolize the right to answer and need a broad Palestinian framework and the movement can not be answered on them alone – there is a Palestinian national agreement on the Gaza administration from a Palestinian body
